Ball valves
All-welded, two and three parts, full-opening and of a reduced passage for gaseous and liquid actuation medium in the temperature range from - 50º C to + 650º C, operating pressure from 0 to 100 bar, nominal diameter from 6 to 1600 mm. Type of connections: threaded, flanged, welded. It is possible to supply ball valves with an elongated shaft for underground installation with an insulating coating, installation of electric, pneumatic, pneumo-hydraulic actuators.
Tapered-seat valve
For gaseous and liquid actuation medium in the temperature range from - 50º C to + 650º C, operating pressure from 0 to 500 bar, nominal diameter from 10 to 1000 mm. Type of connections: threaded, flanged, welded. It is possible to supply tapered-seat valves with an extended shaft for underground installation, with an insulating coating, installation of electric, pneumatic, pneumo-hydraulic actuators.
Safety valves
Necessary for automatic protection of pipelines from an unacceptable increase in pressure of the working medium by its partial discharge from the system. They are divided into spring high lift safety valves, weight-and-lever loaded valve, and impulse. Nominal diameter DN 10mm-400mm, opening pressure Po 0.01 bar-95 bar. Limiting temperatures T -196C: 450C, nominal pressure PN 16-100bar.
Check valves
Disk swing check valves, ball check valves, Double disk check valves for gaseous and liquid actuation medium in the temperature range from - 50º C to + 650º C, operating pressure from 0 to 400 bar. Nominal diameter from 6 to 1200 mm. Type of connections: threaded, flanged, interflanged, and welded.
Knife valves
Knife valves are used to quickly shut off flows with a high content of solids and provide full opening / closing of the passage. The contour of the inner part of the valve has no stagnation pockets. Gate valves are equipped with a manual, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric drive, have a low weight and high reliability. Gate valves are manufactured with diameters from 50 to 1600 mm and pressure up to 100 atm, in the standard version the nominal pressure is up to 16 atm.
Butterfly valves
Butterfly valves with soft seat sealing and double and triple eccentricity, metal/metal sealing. Used in gaseous and liquid actuation medium in the temperature range from - 50º C to + 650º C, operating pressure from 0 to 100 bar. Nominal diameter from 40 to 2000 mm. Type of connections: threaded, flanged, welded. Installation of electric, pneumatic, pneumo-hydraulic actuators.
Flaps
Are used as check or control valves for: non-aggressive liquids, saturated steam, oil, air, mineral oil and oil products in the temperature range from - 50º C to + 650º C. Nominal diameter from 10 to 400 mm, pressure up to 400 bar. Type of connections: threaded, flanged, interflanged, and welded. Installation of electric, pneumatic, pneumo-hydraulic actuators.
